About The Job
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure reports comply with GAAP or relevant standards.
Strategic Financial Guidance:
- Work with CEOs to support strategic planning.
- Provide insights on profitability, cost control, and growth.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop budgets and cash flow projections.
- Monitor performance against financial plans.
Accounting Oversight:
- Supervise the bookkeeping process and month-end close.
- Supervise accounting firm
Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
