About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on fractional Controller / Financial Lead to own and stabilize accounting operations across multiple U.S.-based entities, including real estate development, operating businesses, and consulting activities.

This role requires execution, ownership, and accountability — not just high-level advisory work.

We are prioritizing Atlanta-based candidates who can work in person during onboarding and planning phases.

What You’ll Own

• Month-end close across multiple LLCs
• Accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Multi-entity Chart of Accounts standardization
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Bill.com AP/AR workflows and controls
• QuickBooks Online optimization and cleanup
• Cash visibility and short-term forecasting
• Project-level cost tracking for real estate development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in controller-level or senior accounting roles
• Proven experience owning multi-entity accounting environments
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Bill.com experience
• Real estate accounting experience preferred
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Comfortable operating independently and being accountable
• Willing to be hands-on and detail-oriented
• Ability to be present in Atlanta during initial ramp-up
