MFI General Contractors is looking for a Fractional Controller to help tighten our financial operations and reporting. private + public works and need someone who understands construction accounting (job costing, retention, progress billing/WIP).
Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly close + reconciliations (QBO)
- Job costing review + profitability reporting
- Retention tracking (public works)
- Progress billing/WIP support (as needed)
- Cash visibility + AR oversight
Must Have:
- Construction accounting + QBO experience.
