• Raised $10MM so far for acquisitions, with $30MM more coming soon
• Making the first acquisition within the next couple months

The Work Needed

Problem: With our first acquisitions happening soon, we have no formal finance function in place that can set us up for success from day one.

Specifically, you'll:

• Own accounting, monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across the holdco and its subsidiaries
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, treasury operations, and lender reporting
• Support acquisitions through funds flow, closing coordination, and post-close integration of financial systems
• Coordinate tax planning and filings across a multi-entity structure with external advisors, including cross-border considerations for our first acquisition abroad
• Build internal controls, policies, and finance processes as we scale
• Deliver clear reporting on cash flow, leverage, acquisition returns, and portfolio performance

About You

You MUST have:

• Been a Controller, Head of Accounting, or above for other small and mid-size companies
• Deep GAAP fluency, especially around consolidations and multi-entity reporting
  
  • You will be the go-to on all things Accounting, not someone else
• Hands-on M&A exposure on the accounting side: funds flow, closing support, post-close integration
• Experience managing lender relationships, credit facilities, and lender reporting
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related
  
• Based in the USA only

Nice-to-haves:

• An MBA or CPA
• IT services / MSP experience
• Private investment fund or multi-asset holding company experience
• Exposure to cross-border transactions
