About Friday Plans
Friday Plans is a direct-to-consumer telehealth company serving patients across all 50 states. We combine a modern consumer experience with a compliant clinical infrastructure, and we are scaling across telemedicine, compounding, and new therapeutic categories.

What You'll Own
We are looking for a consulting healthcare attorney to advise our founders and management team on healthcare regulatory matters across our growing platform. You'll review legal agreements, advise on Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance, support new structure formation, and serve as our trusted regulatory voice on novel issues.
This is a fractional role with a commitment of up to 5 hours per week on an ongoing basis, though hours can fluctuate with your schedule and our needs.

Areas you'll touch include:
- Friendly PC-MSO and MC-MSO structures and Corporate Practice of Medicine compliance across the states
- Multi-state telemedicine practice and prescribing law
- 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy regulation
- Healthcare commercial agreements (lab, payor, pharmacy fulfillment, medical director, clinician)
- Federal and state fraud and abuse analysis (AKS, Stark, EKRA, fee-splitting)
- HIPAA and state consumer health privacy
- FTC and state UDAP review of healthcare marketing claims
- We work closely with licensing platforms and filing services for state-by-state administrative work, so your time is focused on legal judgment, structuring, and advisory work - not paperwork.

What You Should Bring
Required
- Practicing attorney, admitted to the bar, and in good standing
- Significant experience as counsel to healthcare organizations
- Significant experience with Corporate Practice of Medicine prohibitions across the states
- Experience forming friendly PC-MSO or MC-MSO structures and addressing associated legal considerations
Preferred
- Experience in telemedicine and digital health
- Experience advising 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies
- Direct-to-consumer healthcare marketing experience (FTC, subscription/auto-renewal compliance)
