We build AI agents that help fintechs and financial services companies detect, analyze, and document regulatory and financial risk issues.

- An early customer base
The Work
We're building out our bench of compliance advisors (have already hired four through Fractional Jobs) that can give us feedback on our product, and open doors to relevant fintech/finserv companies for sales conversations.
Specifically, you'll:
- Introduce us to compliance and risk leaders in your network at fintechs, consumer lenders, sponsor banks, and other relevant financial services businesses
- Test and provide feedback on our product
- Help us understand where our AI is making consistent mistakes, and work with the product team to improve
- Help us better understand the competitive market
For this role, we're expecting to compensate around $175 - $200 / hr for the product feedback-related work, and then any new business brought in will be compensated through a commission/bonus structure.
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy CCO, Head of Compliance, BSA/AML Officer, or other similar Compliance leader for fintech and financial services firms
- Industry experience in any of: consumer lending, consumer finance (e.g. deposit accounts, debit card issuing), banking-as-a-service, neobanks, sponsor banking, trading and investment platforms
- In other words, any financial service that lends money to, or holds the money of, consumers
- A personal network of compliance and risk leaders at these companies that you can outreach to
- Based in the USA only
