About The Role

We’re a dynamic media company based in New Jersey seeking a Fractional CFO / Bookkeeper to join our remote team. Plenty of room for growth within our organization.
‍Hours: 20–30 hours per week
‍Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and follow up on client payments
• Oversee payroll and contractor payments via QuickBooks and Paycor
• Administer health benefits and 401-K plans
• Liaise with insurance providers and accountants
• Create and analyze company financial reports
• Provide strategic financial insights
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience with QuickBooks and Paycor are a plus but not a deal breaker.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance, health benefits, and retirement plans
• Previous experience in media or creative industries is also a plus
