About The Role
We’re a dynamic media company based in New Jersey seeking a Fractional CFO / Bookkeeper to join our remote team. Plenty of room for growth within our organization.
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and follow up on client payments
- Oversee payroll and contractor payments via QuickBooks and Paycor
- Administer health benefits and 401-K plans
- Liaise with insurance providers and accountants
- Create and analyze company financial reports
- Provide strategic financial insights
Requirements
- Solid experience with QuickBooks and Paycor are a plus but not a deal breaker.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance, health benefits, and retirement plans
- Previous experience in media or creative industries is also a plus
