Role Description
This is a fractional / part time to full-time on-site role for a Fractional CFO at Keep IT Simple located in Fremont, CA. The Fractional CFO will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and financial reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
- Experience with Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Finance background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
