Looking for a senior level financial strategist/CFO with experience working with design agencies and fashion companies. The role would start as ad-hoc consulting. Looking to target benchmarks for financial performance and keying up strategies for upcoming year.
Someone comfortable in a coaching-type role who has a broad portfolio of experience w creative businesses.
This would be maybe a once a quarter check in or even biannual.
The company is for my start up graphic design agency- i am the only full-time employee but i also bring on freelancers and subcontractors.
I have two different departments in my agency one is client work and branding and the other is generating original IP for art licensing.
Payment would be in line with the consultants hourly rate.
