Endexx Corporation (OTC: EDXC), a leading provider of plant-based wellness and nutritional products, is seeking a Fractional CFO to assist in cleaning up and restructuring the company’s financial operations. We’re specifically looking for someone with experience in small-cap and micro-cap public companies, complex financial structures, and subsidiary management.
Responsibilities:
- Clean up and streamline the company’s accounting practices and financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to restructure finances and implement stronger accounting practices.
- Manage capital structure, including understanding cap tables, debt restructuring, and complex financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and guide the company through a PCAOB audit.- Oversee quarterly and annual financial reports for OTC markets, adhering to best practices.
- Conduct a feasibility assessment on company divisions and evaluate untapped revenue opportunities.
- Work on outstanding collections to ensure the company is collecting all monies owed and maintain strong communication with external parties.
- Assist in investor relations by contributing to financial transparency and helping the company present clear financial health to investors.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with small-cap or micro-cap public companies.
- Proficient in capital structures, debt financing, and subsidiary management.
- Strong understanding of SEC and OTC reporting, with knowledge of PCAOB audits.
- Ability to reorganize finances, create sustainable cash flow systems, and improve accounting practices.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with management software such as Slack or Basecamp (or willing to learn).
- Proficient in using WhatsApp, Google Meet, and AI-based tools.
- Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, as Endexx is publicly traded.
- Background in CPA or equivalent expertise is highly desirable.
Compensation:
- $2,500/month in cash.
- $3,000 worth of common stock at the 30-day trailing average price. (Compensation packages negotiable).
Project length: 90 days with the potential to extend or become a more permanent part-time position.
