Position Overview

EmpowerHCP is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can manage accounting, forecasting, and financial reporting on a part-time, contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing & accounts receivable management
• Manage accounts payable & payroll processing
• Provide cash flow forecasting and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
• Lead QuickBooks setup/migration or transition to designated financial software
• Coordinate with outside accounting firms on tax reporting & compliance
• Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Handle additional duties as normally expected of a fractional CFO

Qualifications

• Proven CFO experience (preferably in healthcare or SaaS)
• Expertise in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management
• Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and tax coordination
• Experience with QuickBooks and financial software transitions
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fractional capacity
