Overview

Daily Driven Exotics is a media-driven automotive brand with multiple revenue streams powered by YouTube and social platforms. We are seeking a Fractional CFO based in North America with proven experience in the creator economy to help structure, scale, and strengthen our financial foundation.

This is a strategic leadership role, not bookkeeping. We need someone who understands how content, audience growth, and monetization intersect, and how to build financial systems that support rapid, creative scaling.

Required Experience

This role is for someone who has already worked in creator-led or media-driven businesses, including:

• Creators, influencers, or media-first brands
• Multiple revenue streams, such as:
• Platform ad revenue (YouTube, social)
• Brand partnerships & sponsorships
• Merchandise & ecommerce
• Events, experiences, or memberships
• Licensing or strategic partnerships
• Scaling organizations where revenue is directly tied to audience growth and content performance
• Building financial systems during high-growth phases

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage multi-revenue financial models
• Forecast revenue driven by:
• YouTube and social performance
• Sponsorship pipelines
• Ecommerce and merch launches
• Establish clear, structured financial reporting across all revenue channels
• Improve cash flow planning in a variable, creator-driven environment
• Advise leadership on:
• Team scaling and hiring strategy
• Contractor vs employee structures
• Compensation and incentive planning
• Provide strategic financial insight to guide growth decisions
• Prepare the business for:
• Continued scaling
• Strategic partnerships
• Potential future investment opportunities

• Fractional CFO or senior finance leader
• Based in North America
• Direct experience with:
• Creators / influencers
• Media or content-driven brands
• Creator-led e-commerce businesses
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, non-traditional revenue environments
• Strong communicator who turns financial data into actionable strategy
• Proven track record of setting companies up for long-term financial success while scaling
