As we continue to grow and disrupt the industry, we are seeking a talented and experienced world-class Fractional CFO to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. As a Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team and provide strategic financial leadership, enabling us to scale our business, optimize financial performance, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that support our growth objectives and align with our mission in the creator economy.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities. Provide insights, trends, and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Fundraising: Assist in fundraising efforts, including presenting financial plans to investors and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, keeping them informed about the company's financial performance and progress.
• Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, payroll, and financial systems. Implement best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability while identifying opportunities for investment.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's long-term sustainability.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and negotiate potential strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a venture-backed startup or high-growth company, preferably in the fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of venture-backed businesses and experience in fundraising.
• Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of shaping financial strategies and driving growth.
• Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams.
