Fractional AI Creative Director — Remote, Part-Time SaladPower | Premium Organic CPG

SaladPower makes premium organic vegetable-based pouches for people who are serious about what they eat but don't have time to be precious about it. Think less wellness influencer, more quietly discerning. The brand sits closer to Flamingo Estate or Brightland than a typical health food product. We're early, growing, and there's a lot of creative territory left to define.

We're looking for a rare hybrid: a creative director who can also execute. You have a strong aesthetic point of view, you know what makes premium brands feel premium, and you use AI tools as a force multiplier for your ideas, not a shortcut around having them. You'll own visual output across social, paid, email, landing pages, and web.

What you'll do

Generate and finalize creative assets across digital channels. Produce video and static content using AI tools as a core part of your process. Translate brand guidelines into original work, not templates. Bring a creative POV to campaigns, not just execution against a brief. Collaborate async with real autonomy.

What we're looking for

A portfolio that demonstrates genuine taste. Hands-on professional experience with AI creative tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with CPG, food, wellness, DTC, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred. Strong async communication. Self-directed.

Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. If you're still figuring out how to integrate AI into your workflow, this probably isn't the right fit yet.

This is not

A prompt engineer who outsources taste to the model. A production artist who only executes what others conceive. An agency or studio engagement.

We ask serious candidates to complete a short creative exercise before any formal conversation. We share the brand book and a brief, you put together a few assets however you see fit. No rigid format. We just want to see how you think.
