Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Fractional Sales Representative to join our team for a 3-month duration, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts and maintaining existing ones. They should have a proven track record in the liquor industry, with established experience and contacts, specifically within the luxury segment of agave spirits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and open new accounts within the NYC market.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell luxury agave spirit products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections or complaints from clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the liquor industry.
- Established network and contacts within the NYC liquor market, particularly in the luxury segment of agave spirits.
- Strong knowledge of luxury agave spirit products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission.
