About Us

Uncap is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Fractional Partner Manager to build and strengthen strategic relationships within the Shopify ecosystem, enterprise platforms, ERP providers, and other key technology vendors.

Role Overview

As a fractional member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by developing partnerships that enhance our offerings and expand our impact across the ecommerce landscape. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, high-impact environment and is looking to leverage their expertise without the constraints of a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-value partnerships with key players, including Shopify, ERP vendors, system integrators, and other technology providers.
  • Identify, prioritize, and establish new partnerships that align with Uncap’s mission and strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring strong communication and mutual value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create co-marketing initiatives, joint webinars, and partner-driven campaigns.
  • Plan and organize partner events, workshops, and industry networking sessions to drive engagement.
  • Represent Uncap at industry trade shows and conferences, building connections and identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute co-selling strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Educate partners on Uncap’s capabilities, case studies, and success stories.

About You

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in ecommerce or technology.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, ERP systems, or B2B ecommerce solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
