About Us

We're an award-winning home remodeling business based in the D.C. area, with $20MM annual revenue.

About the Work

We've been investing heavily into our marketing engine with the help of our Fractional CMO. We want to be making data-driven marketing decisions, but are limited by our current analytics implementation.

So we're bringing on a marketing-focused Fractional Analytics Lead to help!

Specifically, you'll:

  • Give us transparency into the performance of our marketing spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Untangle and level-up our existing analytics stack
    • Google Analytics
    • Hubspot
    • PowerBI
  • Help us understand where our leads are in the pipeline and how they are converting

We expect the role to be for about 10 - 15 hrs / week, and to last at least 6 months, with potential to keep going.

About You

You should meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • You're a data analyst focused on Marketing, NOT Product
  • 5+ years data analytics experience
  • Absolutely must have Hubspot and Google Analytics experience
    • PowerBI experience is a nice-to-have
  • You can commit to this fractional role for 6 months
  • Based in the USA

You don't need prior industry experience, nor SQL/python experience for this role.
