Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Fractional Head of Sales to join our team. In this crucial role, you will:

  • Drive the overall sales strategy and execution, focusing on large-scale partnerships with restaurants and hospitality businesses.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the restaurant technology space, including familiarity with platforms like Toast, Square, and similar offerings, to effectively position and sell our AI-driven solutions.
  • Identify and target key prospects within the restaurant industry, establishing strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, metrics, and best practices to build a high-performing sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with our product team to provide customer feedback and insights, helping to shape and enhance our product offerings.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential partners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and technology platforms such as Toast, Square, and similar systems.
  • Strong network of contacts within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed.
