We've built a suite of products on top of Salesforce that help companies across industries manage their operations, customers, and projects more effectively.

We've got over 40 employees, and are backed by a large private equity institution.

About the Work

After a departing VP Product/Engineering, we're looking for a Fractional Product Leader to stabilize the Product team and ensure we're focused on the right features, with the right processes.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Provide strategic guidance on our roadmap - help us make sure we're prioritizing the right features
  • Support our Product team of 2 PMs and 2 Designers to ensure they're doing great work
  • Introduce a habit of tying our product work to revenue impact
  • Help us get smarter about ways to integrate AI into our product offering
  • Assess our current team, and advise on better ways to resource / structure, including via offshore partners
  • Work closely with our CEO, VP Sales, and Director of Engineering

About You

You MUST have:

  • Held Product leadership roles (VP, Head of, CPO, etc.) for other early and growth-stage B2B SaaS startups
  • Significant experience with the Salesforce ecosystem. Not just as a user, but actually building in the ecosystem as an ISV or other kinds of deep Salesforce integrations
    • If you don't have exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem, we won't be the right fit
  • Experience prioritizing features and initiatives with a clear focus on ROI and revenue impact
  • Based in the USA or Canada only

Nice-to-haves:

  • Any meaningful recent production-grade AI work
  • An Engineering leadership background as well (e.g. a CTPO)
  • Any offshore engineering partners you trust
