Head of Growth (Part-Time) – Fashion E‑commerce
Remote | 1–1.5 days/week | Reports to Managing Director
Kate Barton is a fast-growing womenswear brand known for limited-run collections, elevated essentials, and a highly engaged community. We’ve built strong foundations in brand and product — now we’re ready to scale growth with the same precision and creativity.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Fractional Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across all digital channels. This is an opportunity to shape a key function during a pivotal growth phase.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy — from first click to repeat purchase
- Lead paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest)
- Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo)
- Run creative testing and work closely with our content team
- Optimise landing pages, PDPs and funnel conversion
- Monitor and report on key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, CVR
- Collaborate across trading, brand and product teams
Who You Are
- 4–8 years in performance/growth marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or beauty
- Paid media expert with strong creative instincts
- Data-driven and commercially sharp
- Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta Ads
- Great communicator and collaborator

- Clear reporting frameworks and confident forecasting
- Rapid, thoughtful testing without compromising brand
