Overview
Thigh Society is looking for a commercially-driven, analytically-minded Fractional Director of Growth to take full ownership of our forecasting, performance modeling, and budget strategy. This is a fractional leadership role for someone with a proven track record scaling DTC brands profitably, and a clear understanding of how to tie spend to outcomes across Meta, Google, email, and more.
You’ll be the architect of growth: setting our revenue targets, mapping the path to hit them, and ensuring spend aligns with ROAS, CAC, and LTV benchmarks. You’ll also play a lead role in our Shopify 2.0 re-platforming, helping ensure we’re building an infrastructure designed for scale. This is a strategic and high-impact role that gives you a seat at the table, with the opportunity to directly shape the future of a brand already beloved by its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, revenue pacing, and scenario modeling for the business
- Build and manage marketing spend models across paid and organic channels, grounded in ROI
- Set and track profitability targets across Meta, Google, email, SMS, affiliates, and more
- Own and improve reporting systems currently distributed across team members
- Translate performance data into clear growth recommendations for both leadership and channel teams
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align execution with commercial targets
- Identify opportunities to drive more organic growth through SEO, evergreen campaigns, and content
- Build scalable systems that support channel testing, creative iteration, and data transparency
- Help guide the Shopify 2.0 replatforming process from a growth and commercial lens
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Founder & CFO/COO across all areas of growth and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of growth experience in DTC, ideally within a founder-led or high-growth startup environment
- Deep understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin, and how to manage them across the marketing ecosystem
- Proven experience owning large-scale Meta and Google budgets ($10M+)
- Hands-on forecasting and scenario modelling experience
- Familiarity with organic strategy and SEO performance levers in a performance environment
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and building the infrastructure needed for clarity
- Strong communicator who brings clarity to complexity and confidence to decision-making
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on when it counts
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting or leading a Shopify 2.0 replatform
- Familiarity with creative performance frameworks for UGC and influencer content
- Experience supporting brands with single-category, problem-solution positioning
