Job Summary
We are searching for a talented part-time Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in leveraging the power of data to optimize creative performance and inform creative strategies. You will analyze vast datasets, develop and improve recommendation algorithms, and collaborate with various teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze millions of data points to identify correlations between creative elements and performance metrics. Translate statistical findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Develop and improve algorithms that predict how specific creative elements contribute to positive or negative performance, utilizing historical data for model training and validation.
- Support the development of client-facing creative briefs and strategies by providing data-driven recommendations and analyses. This includes effectively communicating complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build a robust predictive model for estimating creative performance and inform content recommendations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and identifying meaningful correlations.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application to real-world business problems.
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms, ideally with a focus on recommendation systems.
- Excellent programming skills in Python (or R) and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time work environment.
