Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Fractional Chief Client Product Officer to lead the evolution of our product offerings, and more specifically the scaled launch of our main offering, Autonomie, and its core features. This role involves overseeing current product strategy and implementation, as well as the design and development of future product strategy, feature buildouts, and delivering on our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and user needs as we scale. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of visionary thinking and practical execution, experience in healthcare, fintech, proptech, or social impact sectors highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision - 35%

  • Define and articulate a clear product roadmap that aligns with SHARE Equity’s mission, vision and growth objectives.
  • Create and oversee analyses to generate business insights and trends impacting SHARE Equity. This can include preparing market overviews, benchmarking competitors, assessing industry developments, evaluating potential new business cases within the company and exploring integration partnership and acquisition targets.
  • Develop work plans, convene and manage cross functional teams to deliver strategy, projects and roadmap deliverables.
  • Support overall corporate strategy and innovation planning with focus on long term growth and development for the enterprise.

User-Centered Design: - 25%

  • Champion user research and design thinking methodologies to ensure our products meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Partner with UX design function within the organization to deliver excellent and innovative user experiences
  • Support solution design and implementation of recommendations to ensure initiatives can deliver on the expected outcomes.
  • Center customers and incorporate user feedback into design and strategy.

Performance Monitoring - 15%

  • Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely and transparent progress to goal updates are provided to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - 10%
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.
  • Serve as a project leader representing product strategy to lead internal engagements.
  • Manage annual planning activities, including translation of organizational goals and program budgets and objectives into initiatives, timelines and product plans.

Stakeholder Engagement - 15%

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and users, to gather insights and foster alignment.
  • Develop and communicate key messages and conclusions to project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders by gathering requirements
  • Managing client change management including onboarding and training

This role will be a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team and will interact with key senior leaders across external stakeholder organizations and funders through a variety of projects. The leader in this position is empowered and expected to proactively address operational issues and collaborate with team members to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product leadership roles within healthcare and mission-driven organizations during moments of change management, product launches, vendor selection, and organizational scaling.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences including but not limited to healthcare providers, administrative staff (external & internal), investors, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile development or SAFe methodologies and user-centered design principles. Strong skills in collaborative software roadmap and architecture, as well as the ability to translate into definable spirals.
  • Passion for social impact and a commitment to advancing equitable access to abortion and other critical reproductive healthcare.
  • Track record of strong people and time management skills with the ability to clearly communicate expectations, provide timely constructive feedback, and ensure solutions-oriented management of challenges.
  • Demonstrates integrity through ethical leadership, accountability, and a consistent commitment to transparency, the wellbeing of the organization, and decision-making.
