Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop strategies to generate leads and achieve sales targets with mid-tier and enterprise clients in the U.S. Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Use cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and networking to generate and qualify leads. Build relationships with key decision-makers like CIOs,CEOs, CTOs and IT directors.
- Sales Closure: Manage the sales process from initial contact to signing contracts. Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Performance Tracking: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Monitor and report on sales metrics like total contract value and annual recurring revenue.
- Collaboration & Expansion: Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation. Forge strategic partnerships to broaden sales opportunities. Keep detailed records in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: At least 5-6 years in IT sales focusing on the U.S. market.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability in developing sales pipelines and closing IT service deals in areas such as Licensing, Cloud Migrations and support, Cybersecurity consulting and audits, SAP AMS and modernization, Application Development AI implementation and consulting, IT infrastructure and staff augmentation etc.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Development, AI, Data Analytics, and IT Managed Services.
- Sales Management: Proficient in managing sales cycles, setting targets, and forecasting revenue.
- Communication: Strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Tools Proficiency: Experienced with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms.
- Work Ethic: Independent worker, capable of operating in the US time zone and collaborating with global teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales growth.
