Swaney Group Capital is seeking a dynamic Fractional Head of Investor Relations with a proven ability to expand LP networks and secure capital commitments. This role is focused on building and strengthening relationships with institutional and individual investors while delivering a strategic investor relations program that aligns with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to identify and onboard new limited partners (LPs), focusing on expanding Swaney Group Capital’s investor base.
- Develop and execute a robust investor outreach strategy, targeting family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.
- Actively secure commitments from LPs for current and future deals through tailored presentations and relationship management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors, leveraging personal networks and industry contacts.
- Serve as the face of Swaney Group Capital in fundraising activities, including meetings, roadshows, and industry events.
- Provide investors with timely, transparent updates on deal performance, strategy, and opportunities.
Compensation:
• Per diem rate for ongoing responsibilities.
• Promote (equity participation) in individual independent sponsor investments.
• Equity in the Swaney Group Capital Long term incentive structures.
• Intention is for this to matriculate to full time role
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in fundraising or LP acquisition within private equity or alternative investment sectors for LMM sponsors as we will raise Fund I in 2025
- Deep LP relationships and a strong personal network across family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions.
- Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling pitches that secure investor commitments.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a focus on results.
